Guia's experience spans over 27 years in local and international IT-Business Process Management Capability Development.  She has had the privileged of training and coaching more than 20,000 people from various walks of life, with ages ranging from their teens to senior citizens; including senior executives, supervisors, professionals, educators, students, entrepreneurs in the private sectors, government, church groups and not for profit organizations.

Stephanie's passion has always been with people development. She began her career in the academe as a College Professor before moving into the corporate world as a Human Resources professional. Not long after, in the early 2000's, she and her good friends set up Convergent Experience, a learning and development company, one of the most trusted firms in the Philippines.  Her experience spans over 20 years in the field of Learning and Development, Human Resources, and Organization Development, and Education. 

 

She is the the Chief Learning Officer of Convergent Experience, an organization that provides pioneering Learning and Development Solutions to shape individuals and teams to become valuable assets in the organization and the community.  Steph is also a Certified Master Coach under the Behavioral Coaching Institute (International Coaching Council) and Certified Coaching Clinic Facilitator of Corporate Coach U.
